This card is so late...busy with the transition. I have been trying to remember to thank you throughout this whole process, but now that Aric and I are actually living there now, I feel a whole new sense of appreciation for all the hard work you put into helping us find our home!(Aric has as well) Both of us feel very grateful and lucky to have been your client-there were several times this past month where things could have gone away were it not for your persistence, incredible communication with all of the involved people, and your gentle-but-firm manner. Aric and I learned so much during this past month, mostly because of you. We appreciate how much education you provided to allow us to feel more empowered by this huge decision. Thank you so much for all of that-you were really fun to be with and we will certainly refer anyone wanting a house, to you. Look forward to seeing you around on a more social basis. Thank you Celia. Tom and I want to thank you again for everything. Moving across country can be an ordeal, but you managed this end of it perfectly. In addition to finding us a home beyond our wildest dreams, we especially appreciate your sensitivity to our time contraints. Devoting an entire weekend to showing up Portland's many neighborhoods was not only generous, it enabled us to focus on a part of town that really met our needs.
